Our new colors for Fall 2008 are right in line with ready-to-wear, led off by the sophistication of Shadow, a neutral gray with slight bluish overtones. Very subtle and tonal, as is Plum Dandy, a confection of lush plummy tones with slight variations of bluish/purple. Portofino is predominantly khaki with accents of coral, rose and periwinkle--like Gelato, a lighter, brighter color that is kept from being sweet by the preponderance of khaki and gold.

NEW YARNS FOR FALL!
Four new classics to complement
our fashion yarns. Enjoy!

Gossamer: Ultra fine lace weight kid mohair supported by nylon, Gossamer is the ultimate
knitting experience! We love it doubled on
# 8 needles for a super soft stockinette
fabric, and our lacy ruffled wrap is to die for.

Big Kid: Luscious kid mohair spun into a lofty, brushed confection, Big Kid is comparable to other size 4 mohairs and will replace our old mohair in everything from Impressions to Big Balls. Quick to knit on size to 11 needles, Big Kid is available in 16 oz continous skeins (one of which makes our fabulous Flash Sweater) or 2 oz skeins.

Merino Mia:  Ooh, la, la! A nice tight
twist and super clear colors make this 100% merino, fingering weight yarn a stand out.
Great for any knitting, I especially like it for structured, architectural knits where line and stitch definition are important.

Symphony: We adore this yarn! Comparable in size to Andee and Kashmir, Symphony is a true master blend of merino with just enough casmere to make it luxurious and a bit of nylon for strength and resilience. Best of all, the price is affordable-- a bit more than Andee but far less than Kashmir. And almost, almost as scrumptious.
