Unfortunately we can no longer obtain the base that is Merino Mia. This spring we will be introducing Mia 2, a terrific substitute that is as similar to Mia as we can get. The put-up and therefore the yardage will be different but simple math will assist in using Mia 2 for all Mia patterns. The remaining stock of Merino Mia is being held for Gradient Packs, current kits such as Sonata, and Private Palettes. We have quite a lot of original Mia dyed and in stock, but will be unable to dye Mia for new orders.

With eleven subtle shades ranging from the barest tint to deep strength, our versatile Gradient Packs contain eight 2 oz skeins of Merino Mia for 1520 yards of fine merino wool. A single pack will make most any shawl or wrap, and many smaller sweaters, while two packs will make almost anything your heart desires. Add a skein or two for contrast and a single pack will go a long way. Books 89, 90 and 95 all feature patterns that begin with a pack and may have other yarns added. Some colors will be produced in limited runs. Fuchsia is one of those, and limited quantities remain.
