I have always loved mohair--so lofty and light, with such wonderful warmth. Alas, the older I grew, the less tolerance I had for the pickiness of regular mohair. We are delighted to present Big Kid, a bulky weight (traditional for mohair) that is gloriously soft and easy to wear because it is made of kid, not adult, fiber. Wow! We are offering Big Kid in both normal sized 2 oz skeins and big 16 oz skeins--perfect for throws or our "Flash" sweaters. Speaking of Flash sweaters, if you have never tried this technique, you are in for a treat. In the early 1980's, I figured out how to line up the colors when working circularly, producing a zig-zag throughout a sweater's body. What fun!
